Our duties and responsibilities include: Setting rent, collecting rent, adjusting rent, scheduling tours and visits,handling complaints and emergencies, handling move ins and move outs,dealing with evictions, doing the necessary paper works and other related services.
Physical Property or Maintenance related
we are in charge of performing preventative property maintenance to keep the property functioning in top conditions and doing the necessary repairs by hiring reliable plumbers, electricians, carpenters and contractors.
Handling Office Operations
This includes managing budgets of maintenance and emergency matters, Maintaining records regarding the property and responsible with all tax related undertaking.
